With our Jewish heritage (well, I'm adopted by marriage), we celebrate the major holidays. This last week was Passover, a beautifully symbolic celebration of the story of Moses and the emancipation of the children of Israel from Egypt. Each dish and each step have meanings. We really love celebrating our heritage.
