Noah and his best friend Mckay (in the BYU hat) at their last game.
Well, Soccer season came and went, and what a joy it was (insert sarcasm here). It was actually pretty hilarious. And, if it hadn't been so darn cold, it would have been my favorite memory of this spring. Eric was the coach of Noah's little pre-school team and they were a riot! Noah had NO interest AT ALL in the game. He spent most of it on the sidelines daydreaming, crying because he was too cold, crying because he wanted his sucker, and falling asleep in the car on the way TO the game. Nonetheless, it was delightful to watch those kiddies chase each other and that spotted ball around their mini field. Eric was awesome with them, and I was so proud. Judson had a great time on his team. He didn't really "get" the aggressive part of "get in there and kick that ball!" He much preferred to stand and support. That's why he ended up being a fantastic goalie. Except for the game where there was throw up right by the goal post, and he refused to go near it. Needless to say, we lost that game. All in all, it was a fun ride and the Hunter boys sure look cute in shin guards.
