My little He-Man, Hercules, Iron Man, Hawkeye, Green Lantern, Wolverine, Superman, Thor boy turned 4! He owns and cycles through all those costumes and more on a daily basis. He wears them everywhere. The park, the store, the library. He loves the attention. He thinks he's so cool. I agree. He's a "tiburon" as they would say in Spanish! The heart of a shark! Everything can become a weapon. Today at church the markers were his swords. He's constantly vigilant for "bad guys" and ready to "save duh wuh-owed" (world). He is my knight in shining armor for he has always been momma's boy. A fact I exploit to the utmost, extracting kisses and squeezes at will.
We celebrated his birthday with his favorite cousin Daphne. She's pretty much his only friend because she's proven herself an equal to his awesomeness. Pretty much everyone else is a mere civilian... And the other guests included the rest of our extended local family. He had the time the time of his life and many of us commented that we wished we were 4 again and could be so thrilled with each gift. There was no lack of enthusiasm for each gift opened. Jumping, shouting for joy, eyes popping. It was delightful.

So totally cute Amy. Love all his costumes he has. I really love the picture of him sleeping with his gun posed ready for action.
